Job Purpose:

To meet the business targets set for the Month / Year and maintain productivity benchmarks, Quality and adhere to process.

Job Responsibilities:

Target v/s Achievement: Meet business targets, maintain productivity benchmarks, and ensure file pickup & sales closure.

Quality Management: Understand customer needs, sell the right product, ensure effective interaction, act on supervisor/training feedback, cross-sell bank products, and adhere to processes for call, lead, database, and customer management.

Process Man****agement: Follow channel guidelines, adhere to code of conduct and compliances, maintain system login, ensure business productivity, and adhere to management guidelines to minimize complaints.

Others: Perform any other task assigned by seniors.
