Job Title: Distributor Support & Sales Executive – Karjat

Location: Karjat, Maharashtra

About Us

Janani Innovation, a brand of PNP Janani Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd., is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of LED lighting solutions, including LED bulbs, battens, panel lights, flood lights, street lights, and other innovative lighting products. We are expanding our distribution network and are looking for a dedicated professional to support our distributor operations in Karjat.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers,wholesalers, and dealers within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the authorized distributor to ensure timely product availability and smooth market operations.
- Generate secondary sales by promoting Janani Innovation products.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets.
- Resolve retailer and distributor queries promptly.
- Assist the distributor in order collection, stock movement, and inventory coordination.
- Identify recent dealers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Submit daily visit reports (DVR), sales reports,



and market feedback to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical, lighting, FMCG, or building materials distribution sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Karjat market and surrounding areas will be preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel, and reporting applications.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
