Bright Path Careers is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Intern to support our business development and sales activities in Bhopal. The intern will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating leads, promoting our career and education-related services, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients, institutions, businesses, and other relevant locations for lead generation.
- Promote Bright Path Careers' services and explain offerings to prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Make follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Schedule meetings and assist in converting prospects into customers.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Collect market feedback and information about competitors.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead-generation/sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Students or freshers pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with people in person.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel locally within Bhopal.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and smartphones.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
