Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate current business opportunities through field sales
✅ Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and industrial customers
✅ Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
✅ Conduct customer visits, negotiate deals, and close orders
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer support
✅ Track market trends, competitor activities, and maintain CRM records
Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
✔ 1–2 years of field sales experience in the manufacturing industry
✔ Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
? Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing products
? Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
? Self-driven with excellent communication skills
