Hardware Mart is looking for energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our presence in the Bangalore hardware market.

Key Responsibilities

Visit hardware shops, dealers, and retailers across assigned areas in Bangalore.

Onboard new clients and build strong relationships with existing market vendors.

Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant hardware products.

Meet daily field visit targets and report sales leads/conversions.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Kannada and English/Hindi.





Comfortable with daily travel within Bangalore (two-wheeler preferred).

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Go-getter attitude with a passion for field sales.
