- Generate leads through field visits and references.

- Meet customers and understand their solar requirements.

- Conduct site visits and provide suitable solar solutions.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain customer relationships and update CRM regularly.

- Coordinate with technical and installation teams.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in solar field sales.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel for customer/site visits.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Location: Surat, Rajkot, Baroda

Pay: ₹20,511.82 - ₹50,178.21 per month

Work Location: In person
