Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Surety Bond solutions to contractors, businesses, and potential clients. The candidate will be responsible for client visits, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential clients for Surety Bond products.

- Conduct field visits and meet contractors, businesses, and decision-makers.

- Explain Surety Bond products, perks, eligibility, and requirements to clients.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate for suitable solutions.

- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, quotations, and policy/bond issuance.

- Maintain regular updates on leads,



meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales.

- Experience in Insurance Sales, Financial Services, B2B Sales, or Surety Bonds is preferred.

- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
