? What You'll Do:

- Visit schools and educational institutions to introduce Qwings STEM solutions.
- Meet School Principals, Management, and key decision-makers.
- Present and pitch Qwings' STEM education solutions.
- Understand school requirements and explain suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through school visits, networking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain relationships with schools and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and meetings.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

? What We're Looking For:
- MBA/PGDM graduates with a solid interest in Sales & Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.




- Confident and comfortable interacting with school principals and management.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Candidates with prior field sales / business development experience will have an added advantage.
