Role Summary The Relationship Manager will be stationed at Chandigarh University and will manage institute relationships, generate student-financing opportunities, drive applications through the sales funnel, and support the journey from lead generation to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes and education partners.
- Conduct regular institute visits and engage with admission teams, counsellors, finance teams and other stakeholders.
- Generate student-financing leads through assigned institutes and on-ground activities.
- Explain relevant financing products, processes, documentation requirements and customer journey to institute stakeholders.
- Drive leads through login, approval and disbursement stages.
- Follow up on pending applications and coordinate with internal teams to resolve process or documentation issues.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and timely follow-up on leads and applications.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity of existing institutes.
- Support onboarding and activation of new institute partnerships.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, RCU, Product, Customer Support, Collections and other teams as required.
- Maintain accurate daily MIS, institute-wise performance tracking and pipeline updates.
- Share market and competitor insights with the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, process controls and responsible sales practices

Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of relevant sales, relationship management, business development, fintech, NBFC, BFSI or education-sector experience.
- Freshers with strong communication and field-sales aptitude may be considered.
- Ability to build relationships with institutional stakeholders and follow through on leads and applications

Role Requirements
- Job Location: Chandigarh University.
- Work Setup: The candidate will be stationed at Chandigarh University for field sales and institutional engagement.
- Field Sales: Regular on-ground engagement with students, institute teams and other stakeholders is required.
- Two-wheeler: A personal bike/two-wheeler may be required for field activities and local travel, as applicable.
- Travel: Approved business travel expenses will be provided/reimbursed as per company policy and subject to manager approval
