We are hiring a Field Sales who is passionate about meeting new people, generating business, and achieving sales targets. This is a field-based, performance-driven role where your primary responsibility is to identify new clients, visit them in person, explain our services, and convert them into customers.

You can earn two to three times your salary, but you will need to bring in recent clients, leads, and business this job is strictly for high performers.

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable traveling extensively, meeting clients face-to-face, and consistently generating new leads. If you prefer an office-based job or are not comfortable with field sales and target-based work, this position is not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through field visits.
- Travel to different locations to meet customers and present our services.
- Explain our services professionally and convert prospects into clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide updates on field visits, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements




- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Previous field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed monthly salary.
- Attractive performance-based incentives (5% to 25%)
- Your earnings are directly linked to your performance—the more clients you acquire and the more business you generate, the higher your incentive income. There is no limit to your earning potential through incentives.
