Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive for a client in the jewellery manufacturing equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the jewellery industry, with strong skills in client visits, product demonstrations, relationship management, new business development, and achieving sales targets across Mumbai and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits, prospecting, referrals, and industry networks.

- Build and maintain relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other relevant customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and equipment.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through follow-up and closure.

- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

- Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements.





- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Represent the business at jewellery industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the jewellery industry.

- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage customer relationships, and close sales.

- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.

- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding areas.
