ASEGO Global Assistance Limited is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive at its Ludhiana, Punjab location. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales of travel insurance products, developing agency relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell travel insurance products through various sales channels and agency networks. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners and customers, identifying new business opportunities, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities The candidate will be required to visit client and agency premises, interact with customers, and promote travel insurance products to generate business opportunities. They will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting, motivating, and developing agency partners.

The role involves generating new business through walk-in customers, existing leads, and new client acquisition. The candidate will also be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.

The selected candidate will analyse sales performance, prepare action plans, and identify opportunities to improve sales and business development. They will stay updated on travel insurance products, market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant industry regulations.





The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction. They will also collect feedback from agency partners and customers to identify areas for improvement in products and services while maintaining professional behaviour and a presentable appearance during client interactions.

Required Skills

Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building abilities, and effective negotiation and closing skills. They should have a sales-oriented mindset, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

The candidate should also have an understanding of market trends, business development strategies, and innovative sales techniques, along with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and agency partners.

Eligibility and Experience

Candidates with prior experience in sales, insurance sales, travel insurance, agency sales, business development, or customer relationship management will be preferred. Applicants should be comfortable with field visits, customer interactions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Salary and Company Policies The salary offered for this position is ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month , depending on the candidate's experience and suitability.

The working schedule will be Monday to Friday, along with alternate Saturdays on a half-day basis, making it a 5.5-day working week.

Working hours will be 8.5 hours per day.

As this is a sales role, the work will primarily be task- and target-oriented rather than strictly time-oriented.

Travel allowance will be applicable only for out-of-state travel.

Salary will be paid on the last day of every month.

During the probation period, employees will be entitled to 10 leaves on a pro-rata basis.

After successful completion of probation, employees will be entitled to 21 leaves.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
