Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail outlets as per the assigned daily beat plan across Chakan Alandi

- Book orders from retailers in advance for scheduled delivery

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly order booking targets

- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail counters

- Build good relationships with shopkeepers/retailers for repeat business

- Communicate new product launches, schemes, and offers to retailers

- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

- Collect market feedback on products, pricing, and competitor activity

- Maintain accurate records of orders, outlets visited, and daily reports

- Follow the company's route plan and coverage norms strictly

Requirements





- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales/field sales

- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply

- Familiarity with the Chakan and Alandi local market is a must

- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone/order-booking app

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned beat (own two-wheeler preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
