Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive client acquisition across electronics service centres, motherboard repair hubs, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), and small-to-mid OEMs. You will be responsible for daily field visits, showcasing component samples, closing wholesale supply orders, and building recurring B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 8 to 10 on-site visits daily across regional electronics repair markets, service clusters, and industrial assembly units.

- Present product catalogs and sample kits (PWM controllers, charging ICs, MOSFETs, SMT spares) to shop owners, purchase heads, and chief technicians.

- Identify high-volume component requirements, pitch bill-of-materials (BOM) kitting solutions, and negotiate competitive wholesale rates.

- Secure new account onboardings and consistently follow up on recurring weekly/monthly replenishment orders.

- Coordinate with Inside Sales for quick quotation rollouts, dispatch updates,



and payment collections within agreed credit cycles.

- Track market pricing, competitor availability, and rapid-moving component shortages to feed intelligence back to the procurement team.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Commerce, or related fields.

- Proven track record in B2B field sales, field distribution, or tech hardware sales.

- Strong familiarity with electronics repair markets and commercial tech hubs.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).

- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal two-wheeler for field travel.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
