Annual Bonus: Applicable Key Responsibilities:Handle sales of paints and related products in the assigned territory. Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and customers regularly. Generate current business and achieve monthly sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers. Conduct field visits and identify new sales opportunities. Promote products and explain product features to customers. Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

Follow up on orders and payments. Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback.



Requirements:1–5 years of experience in Paint Sales / Building Material Sales / Construction Material Sales .

Candidates with dealer/distributor sales experience will be preferred. Own two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits. Valid driving licence required. Good communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
