Field Marketing Executive – Interior Design Company: Cyra Interio Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full time Experience: 1–3 years preferred Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives About the Role Cyra Interio is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive who can generate new business opportunities and bring genuine interior design leads through field visits and networking. This is primarily a field-based role, suitable for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships and generating business.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate current leads for residential and commercial interior projects.

- Visit builders, property dealers, real-estate brokers, architects, offices, restaurants, cafés, banquet halls and ongoing construction sites.
- Meet potential clients and introduce Cyra Interio's interior design and execution services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, architects and other referral partners.
- Generate enquiries through regular field visits, networking and local market activities.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Arrange meetings and site visits between potential clients and the Cyra Interio team.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups and meetings.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.




- Coordinate with the design/sales team until the lead is properly handed over.

Requirements - Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with regular outdoor/field work.
- Ability to approach new people and build professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
- Kolkata local market knowledge will be an advantage.
- Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, architecture or building materials will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong field-sales ability may also be considered.
