Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the marketing and field sales team to achieve business growth targets.

- Develop practical marketing plans and strategies for offline and field marketing activities.

- Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, market visits, promotions and customer acquisition activities.

- Increase sales, distribution and market presence of 7steed products.

- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers and business partners.

- Explore recent markets and geographical areas and drive business expansion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and key customers.

- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competition and market opportunities.

- Set team targets, assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.

- Train, guide and motivate the field marketing and sales team.

- Track sales and distribution performance and take corrective actions where required.





- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to convert them into sales.

- Coordinate with management to implement business growth strategies.

- Prepare regular reports on sales, market activities, distribution and business development.

- Take ownership of marketing execution and deliver measurable business results.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years of experience in field marketing, sales, distribution or business development.

- Experience in managing and leading a team.

- Strong understanding of local and regional markets.

- Hands-on experience in dealer/distributor/retailer development.

- Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

- Ability to create marketing plans and execute them independently.

- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and business development.

- Result-oriented and capable of working with sales and business growth targets.
