Equilibrium is a full-stack carbon removal developer building one of the largest high-integrity carbon portfolios from the Global South, with a ~20Mt CO₂ removal pipeline. We develop bankable, high-impact projects by integrating advanced climate science, an in-house digital MRV platform, and innovative blended finance.

Our portfolio spans across nature-based and engineered removal: on nature-based, we have large-scale agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, and mangrove restoration initiatives; on engineered removal, we are building India's leading biochar platform with large-scale commercial operations. Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Conduct regular field visits and collect relevant ground-level information based on locations and requirements shared by Equilibrium
- Capture and document observations through photos, notes, measurements, and structured data, and input this into the company database
- Verify field information and flag gaps, inconsistencies, or emerging trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date field records and datasets
- Support field research, mapping, surveys, and other data-collection requirements as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- BSc/MSc in Agriculture or Engineering
- Open to college students
- Proficiency in the local language
- Relevant prior field/data-collection skills or experience.
