We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to support day-to-day field operations, project coordination, manpower management, and customer/site activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at industrial sites and coordinating with internal teams, customers, technicians, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities at customer/project sites.
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, helpers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, and daily work progress.
- Coordinate with the project team for material, tools, manpower, and site requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and site representatives.
- Prepare and share daily site activity and progress reports.
- Follow up on pending site activities and ensure timely completion.
- Support installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities as required.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and site discipline requirements.
- Maintain basic records related to manpower, materials, tools, and site activities.
- Travel to customer/project locations as required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in industrial environments.

Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates with technical or engineering backgrounds will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working at Sriperumbudur industrial/customer sites.
- Candidates with automation, manufacturing, or project-site exposure will have an added advantage.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and comfortable handling field responsibilities.

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
