Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive - institutional Sales to drive B2B sales of our educational programs through schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

The role is primarily field-based, involving institutional visits, lead generation, relationship building, presentations, negotiations, and closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions for business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Promote educational courses, training programs, and services.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain solid institutional relationships.
- Negotiate and close institutional tie-ups and sales opportunities.
- Manage follow-ups, proposals,



sales pipeline, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program execution and student enrolments.
- Maintain sales records and achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 years of field sales/business development experience is mandatory.
- B2B, institutional, or education sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
- Comfortable with local travel and regular field visits.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Must-Have Significant field-sales experience is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
