CUMI Abrasives India is looking for a Field Activation Officer to join our team in NCR Delhi. /n The role involves conducting product trials, engaging with B2B customers, gathering product feedback, and supporting the sales team in converting trials into business opportunities. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Conduct product trials at customer locations.

- Collect trial results, feedback, and insights.

/n

- Prepare and submit daily trial reports.

/n

- Support sales conversions through effective customer engagement.

/n /n Candidate Requirements: /n /n

- 2+ years of relevant experience.

/n

- Experience/knowledge in Buffing, Grinding, or Machining.

/n

- Experience handling B2B customers.

/n

- Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel.

/n

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
