Field Collection Executive – Banking Process!! We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Field Collection Executive to handle customer visits and payment collection for our banking process.
Key Responsibilities: Visit customers at their registered locations for payment follow-up. Collect outstanding loan/EMI payments professionally. Maintain accurate collection and customer records. Follow up on pending payments and payment commitments. Handle customer queries and communicate professionally. Achieve assigned collection targets.
Required Skills: Positive communication and convincing skills. Customer handling and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for field work. Basic smartphone/app knowledge. Previous collection experience is an advantage.
