Handle end to end recruitment for IT positions.

Source candidates through various Media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interview.

Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines'

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline .

Minimum 1-5 Years of exp in IT recruitment, C2H, Technical Recruitment Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.

Strong Communication skill.
