We are looking for a enthusiastic and polite Female Telecaller Executive to join our Sales team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer/Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective customers to introduce our products/services and answer their queries.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead updates, and customer follow-ups accurately in MS Excel.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to close leads and follow up on potential clients.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer relationship.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Gender: Female candidate required.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher education or Graduates preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic Computer operations and proficiency in MS Excel (Data entry, tracking, basic formulas).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English communication skills.
- Location: Surat, Gujarat (In office).
