Role Description The F&B; Executive at Darry's House is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations. This includes coordinating menu planning and presentation, supervising service quality, and ensuring a consistent guest experience during events and regular operations.

The role involves liaising with kitchen and service teams, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and monitoring hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. The F&B; Executive will also assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting,



while collaborating with the creative and events teams to align F&B; offerings with the overall concept and brand. The position requires a hands-on approach, presence during service hours, and active participation in staff training and engagement.

Qualifications

- Experience in food and beverage operations, including menu coordination, service supervision, and guest relationship management.
- Skills in inventory management, vendor coordination, and basic cost control or budgeting within F&B; environments.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements relevant to F&B; operations in Mumbai.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with kitchen, service, and events teams.
- Ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or event catering is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort with creative, collaborative environments and an interest in aligning F&B; experiences with broader event or brand concepts.
