As an affiliate of Iris Corporate Wear, IWWL builds on more than 25 years of experience in garment manufacturing and apparel export. The company is recognized for private-label clothing and formalwear exports, with a focus on structured garments such as suits, jackets, trousers, and shirts.

In-house production enables precision tailoring, ISO-certified quality, and dependable timelines for both bulk orders and small-batch runs. IWWL delivers private-label formalwear, bespoke and made-to-measure products, corporate uniforms, and high-volume garments that meet international standards.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fashion Management role based in Jaipur.

The Fashion

Management professional will oversee product development and styling for formalwear collections, ensuring alignment with brand requirements and international quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design, production, and sales teams, managing seasonal assortments, and supporting private-label and bespoke projects from concept to dispatch. The role involves market and trend research,



developing fashion presentations for clients, and collaborating on marketing initiatives that showcase IWWL’s capabilities. The professional will also monitor inventory and order flow, support client meetings and factory visits, and help maintain consistent brand and fit standards across all product lines.

Qualifications

- Fashion, Fashion Design, and Fashion Styling skills to manage formalwear collections and product aesthetics.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support client interactions, presentations, and growth of private-label and export business.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, especially structured garments (suits, jackets, trousers, shirts).
- Ability to conduct market and trend research and translate insights into commercially viable product ideas.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Design, Textile or Apparel Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in formalwear, corporate wear, or export-oriented apparel manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
