About the Company

We are a leading fashion jewelry manufacturer with four audited, compliant factories, supplying prominent global retailers, brands and designers. We are now expanding our retail and distribution network in South India for a well-known fashion jewelry brand, and we are building a strong on-ground sales team.

Role Overview

As a Fashion Jewelry Sales Executive, you will grow sales through retailers, distributors and retail outlets in your assigned territory. You will onboard new retail partners, keep existing accounts active, present collections, and make sure stock, display and reorders run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and onboard new retailers, distributors and multi-brand stores.
- Manage and grow sales with existing retail and distribution partners.
- Present new collections and seasonal designs to store owners and buyers.
- Take orders, prepare quotations and follow up on payments and reorders.
- Coordinate with the head office on stock availability, dispatch and delivery timelines.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising and display standards at retail outlets.
- Track sales performance and update daily and weekly sales reports in Excel/CRM.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights (pricing, designs, trends).




- Provide post-sales support and resolve retailer queries promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, distribution sales, FMCG, fashion, jewelry or accessories (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
- Skills in lead generation, client servicing, negotiation and closing deals.
- Good communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools for reporting.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Telugu or Kannada is a solid plus.
- Ability to manage multiple retailer accounts and targets at the same time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or a related field is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with the distributor/dealer model or modern retail stores.
- Interest in fashion jewelry, design trends and retail merchandising.
- Willingness to travel locally for retailer visits.
