- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs, fabrics, colours, and finishes.
- Take design briefs and communicate measurements, specifications, and timelines clearly to the tailoring team.
- Manage daily work allocation and follow up with tailors on fittings, alterations, and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate fabric dyeing and check that colours and finishes meet the approved design.
- Monitor the quality of finished garments and resolve production or fitting issues.
- Keep customers updated on progress and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in fashion design, garment production, or boutique operations.
- Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fittings, and dyeing processes.
