Key Responsibilities

Manage Engineering BOM and procurement requests to support production line setup, engineering projects, and manufacturing operations.

Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure smooth production and timely project execution.

Prepare and track Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), material requests, and procurement activities.

Monitor material and equipment requirements and ensure timely availability for production and engineering projects.

Maintain accurate BOM, procurement, engineering, equipment, and asset records.

Support NPI, production line setup, line transfer, equipment installation, and engineering projects.

Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, technical requirements, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.

Maintain engineering asset databases and equipment lifecycle documentation, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, and disposal records.

Work closely with Warehouse to monitor material receipt, inventory availability, and material movement.





Resolve material, equipment, procurement, and engineering-related issues through effective cross-functional coordination.

Prepare MIS reports, BOM reports, procurement status, project tracking, and asset reports.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures, quality systems, and audit requirements.

Identify opportunities for improvement in procurement cost, lead time, inventory control, and engineering operations.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of BOM / EBOM / MBOM, ECO/ECN, procurement, materials, and production processes.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and supplier management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engineering and procurement activities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
