About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing new clothing designs, keeping up with current market trends, selecting suitable fabrics, and bringing innovative garment designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Researching current fashion trends, seasonal palettes, and market requirements to design new collections.
- Creating initial design sketches (hand drawings or digital sketches via Illustrator/Photoshop/CorelDRAW).
- Selecting fabrics, colors, prints, trims, and accessories suitable for each design.
- Preparing tech packs, specification sheets, and measurement guides for production.
- Coordinating with pattern makers and tailors to oversee sample creation,



fitting, and finishing.
- Inspecting finished samples to ensure high quality and correct production execution.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, ITI, or any reputed fashion institute preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, pattern making, and stitching techniques.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW (if applicable).
- Creative aesthetic with a keen eye for color combinations and current market trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work smoothly with the production team.
