Job Responsibilities

- Understand complete company product and solution portfolio, train and self train on company products
- Understand the customer technical/solution requirement
- Configure/ Program products/ solutions to suit customer field requirements
- Provide pre sale support including in office and off-site support to customer, product training and application notes
- Provide post sale support to customer including reproducing issues and fixing the same
- Support the internal testing and product validation team
- Detailed reporting and documentation using ticketing system. Report critical issues to management and escalate issue when necessary
- Work with local and international R&D; teams when issues are complex
- Ensure weekly/ monthly MIS reports are maintained and shared

Qualification and Experience Diploma or Degree holder in the field of Electronics, Telecommunications, Computers, Networking.

Skills and Knowledge

1. Excellent communication and presentation
2. TCP/IP based communication.
3. Basic concepts of GSM/GPRS/ 3G/ LTE communication
4. Knowledge of Networking protocols like IPSEC, http, FTP, PPP, SSL
5. Knowledge of Industrial Protocols like Modbus, DLMS, IEC101/104, DNP3
6. Linux and Windows Operating Systems. Experience in development under Linux (optional)
7. Analytic skills(Prior technical support experience preferred)
8. Good spoken and written English communication
9. General software and hardware skills including schematic analysis, soldering, circuit debugging, etc.debugging, etc.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
