Civil Supervisor – Farmhouse Maintenance & Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor – Farmhouse Maintenance & Management to handle the day-to-day maintenance, repair, civil work, and overall upkeep of a private farmhouse in Chhatarpur, Delhi.

Only candidates with relevant experience in farmhouse maintenance will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil maintenance work at the farmhouse.
- Handle civil repair and maintenance including walls, flooring, plaster, tiles, drainage, waterproofing, etc.
- Coordinate and supervise plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, masons, gardeners, and other maintenance workers.
- Regularly inspect the farmhouse and identify repair and maintenance requirements.
- Manage preventive and routine maintenance of the property.
- Supervise small renovation, modification, and construction-related works.
- Coordinate with vendors and local contractors for maintenance and repair work.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, materials, and expenses.
- Ensure that all work is completed properly and within the required timeline.




- Take responsibility for the overall physical upkeep and maintenance of the farmhouse.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in farmhouse/property maintenance and management.
- Candidates should preferably have hands-on experience working at private farmhouses, villas, estates, or similar residential properties.
- Good knowledge of civil maintenance and basic construction work.
- Ability to independently supervise workers and contractors.
- Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, civil, painting, waterproofing, flooring, and general property maintenance.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and capable of managing day-to-day farmhouse maintenance independently.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Important Farmhouse maintenance experience is mandatory/preferred.

We are specifically looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a farmhouse/private residential property and understands complete property maintenance, rather than someone whose experience is only on construction sites.
