Job Summmary The Factory & Purchase Supervisor is responsible for managing daily work on the factory floor and buying the materials needed to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily factory floor operations and manage shift production schedules.
Assign daily tasks and set clear performance expectations for team members.
Resolve workplace conflicts promptly and maintain solid team morale.
Find good suppliers and order raw materials, spare parts, and tools.
*Ensure finished goods meet company quality standards.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of Computer Knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
