About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities across our wooden and clothing manufacturing units. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory operations, production supervision, workforce management, quality control, and maintaining production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the factory.

- Handle and coordinate workers across wooden and clothing production processes.

- Monitor production schedules, workflow, and daily targets.

- Ensure products are manufactured according to required quality standards and specifications.

- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance and productivity.

- Maintain proper discipline, attendance, and workplace coordination.

- Monitor the availability and usage of raw materials, tools, and equipment.

- Identify production issues and coordinate with management to resolve them.

- Conduct regular quality checks during the production process.

- Ensure timely completion of orders and production targets.

- Maintain basic production records, reports, and inventory-related information.





- Coordinate with management, purchase, design, inventory, and other teams when required.

- Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and organization within the factory.

- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role.

- Experience in wooden furniture/product manufacturing and clothing/garment production will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of factory operations and production processes.

- Experience in handling and supervising workers.

- Positive understanding of quality control and production planning.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines.

- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for production records will be an advantage.

- Must be responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
