Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background to oversee factory operations, production activities, manpower management, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction materials, fabrication, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and operating procedures.
- Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Inspect raw materials, finished products, and production activities to maintain quality requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety policies, housekeeping, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.




- Prepare daily production reports, inventory records, and operational documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as required.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products and proper inventory management.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of factory operations and production management.
- Understanding of civil engineering materials, construction practices, or precast products.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of quality control and workplace safety standards.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in precast concrete, RCC products, construction materials, cement products, fabrication, or manufacturing industries .
- Exposure to production planning and inventory control.
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems and safety regulations.
