Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Factory In-Charge to manage day-to-day factory operations, production activities, manpower, quality, and safety. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production as per customer requirements while maintaining productivity, quality standards, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of workers and machines.
- Monitor production output, productivity, wastage, and rejection levels.
- Ensure that products are manufactured according to defined quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain proper records of production, raw materials, wastage, downtime, and finished goods.
- Monitor availability and proper usage of raw materials and packaging materials.




- Identify production issues and take corrective action to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Ensure machines and equipment are operated safely and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.
- Implement and maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and 5S practices.
- Supervise workers and ensure discipline, attendance, and proper work allocation.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and dispatch schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and factory procedures.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of packaging/manufacturing processes.
