We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Head / Plant Head to lead the complete manufacturing operations of a large-scale plant.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production planning and execution, material management, manpower management, machinery, maintenance, quality improvement, productivity enhancement and supply chain management.

The candidate will be responsible for strengthening existing manufacturing systems, implementing new strategies and processes, improving operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality production within committed timelines.

Experience in Facade, Aluminium Doors & Windows, uPVC, Fenestration or Architectural Aluminium manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- 25+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Experience as Factory Head / Plant Head / Manufacturing Head / Operations Head / Production Head.
- Strong experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record of improving quality, productivity and production timelines.
- Strong understanding of production planning, material management, machinery and maintenance.
- Experience in managing large manpower and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on approach with robust shop-floor orientation.
- Experience in implementing new processes, systems and manufacturing strategies.
- Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Kaizen / 5S / OEE experience will be an advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication and team-building skills.
