Job Summary

Facility manager mandate for a high-compliance aviation engineering and MRO facility in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

- 7-12 years of end-to-end facilities experience covering MEP and utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, DG, compressed air, plumbing, fire and safety systems, preventive maintenance, vendors and AMCs, statutory compliance, security and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Engineering / Facility Management qualification preferred

- Hands-on exposure to aviation, MRO, industrial, manufacturing or similar technical facilities are preferred
