Work Experience

Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a Facility Manager or in an equivalent position.

Job Purpose

To oversee the operations and maintenance of the facility. The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing building maintenance, ensuring safety protocols, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. The ideal candidate should have expertise in facility management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Relationship

Main Responsibility

Main job responsibilities of the Facility Manager are as follows (but not limited to):

- Oversee civil maintenance and infrastructure management of the hospital.
- Monitor and manage the Hospital BMS (Building Management System).
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.




- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and in-house maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire norms, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain documentation, AMC records, and audit preparedness.
- Support infrastructure planning and facility upgrades.

Competencies

- 2+ years of experience in facility management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets.
