Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all areas.

- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the club premises, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil work, equipment, and other infrastructure.

- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance, safety, or operational issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.

- Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Monitor the performance of housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, and other facility-related services.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, AMC contracts, and vendor performance.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory requirements applicable to the facility.

- Coordinate fire safety checks, emergency preparedness, drills, and other safety-related activities.





- Manage facility-related budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits.

- Verify vendor bills, quotations, and service reports before submitting them for approval.

- Ensure all club equipment and infrastructure are maintained in positive working condition.

- Respond promptly to facility-related complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective action.

- Maintain an inventory of facility maintenance materials, tools, and essential supplies.

- Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams for facility-related requirements and improvements.

- Support facility setup and operational readiness for events, activities, and special programs.

- Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.

- Prepare regular reports on maintenance, breakdowns, expenses, utilities, and facility performance.
