Position: Facility Manager – Soft Services

Location: Ranjangaon, Pune (Manufacturing Facility)

Position Summary The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth delivery of all soft services across the manufacturing plant, administrative offices, common areas, and employee facilities. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of housekeeping, cafeteria services, pest control, landscaping, transportation coordination, hygiene, and workforce accommodation-related support while ensuring compliance with company standards, budgets, and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping, cafeteria, pest control, landscaping, and other soft services across the plant.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and employee amenity standards are maintained.
- Supervise and manage facility service vendors and contract manpower.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and drive service improvements.
- Manage soft services budgets, cost control,



and vendor bill verification.
- Handle employee grievances related to facility services and ensure timely resolution.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and conduct regular facility inspections.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Facility Management/Hospitality qualification preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in facility management with a focus on soft services.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or large campus environments.
- Solid vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working from a plant location in Ranjangaon.
- Marathi language skills preferred.
