Position: Facility Executive Soft Services
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day soft services operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, pantry and other facility services.
- Manage manpower, attendance and shift schedules.
- Ensure quality, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Soft Services / Facility Management.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, hospitality or industrial facilities preferred.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Strong operational and client-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
