Role Description The Facilitator – School Communication & Public Speaking Programs will lead interactive sessions and workshops for school students, guiding them in developing public speaking, communication, and confidence-building skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, delivering engaging classroom and activity-based sessions, providing individual feedback, and tracking student progress. The facilitator will collaborate with school staff to align program activities with academic schedules, support events such as speaking competitions or showcases, and maintain detailed records of attendance and performance.





Additional responsibilities include contributing to curriculum refinement, supporting teacher training initiatives, and ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Strong public speaking, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with the ability to engage school-age learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including transparent articulation, active listening, and constructive feedback.
- Experience in training, teaching, or coaching, preferably in communication, personality development, or related areas.
- Ability to design or adapt session plans, activities, and learning materials to suit different age groups and learning styles.
- Interest or exposure to mindset development, confidence-building techniques, NLP, or applied psychology is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive, non-judgmental learning environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple batches, schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, psychology, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in schools in Chennai and collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents.
