Role Description The Facilities Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for ensuring that the clinic environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained for pets, pet parents, and team members. On a day-to-day basis, this role oversees facilities operations, including routine inspections of clinic spaces, equipment, and utilities, and coordinates timely maintenance and repair activities.

The Facilities

Associate supports smooth front-of-house and back-of-house functioning by responding to facility-related issues, managing vendors and service providers, and tracking supplies and basic inventory related to facilities. This role also assists in maintaining hygiene and safety standards, supports minor set-up changes for consultations or procedures,



and communicates clearly with the clinic team to minimize disruptions to care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations to oversee day-to-day clinic infrastructure and support smooth operational workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with pet parents, staff, and vendors, and to handle facility-related concerns in a helpful, respectful manner.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Maintenance & Repair skills to perform or coordinate basic repairs, troubleshoot minor facility issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical or structural problems.
- Relevant experience in facilities or operations roles within healthcare, hospitality, or retail environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams; basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools for logging work orders and updates is preferred.
- Secondary education or vocational training in facilities, maintenance, or a related field is an advantage; willingness to learn continuously and adapt to a high-care, pet-centered environment is essential.
