- Manage fabrication, repair and maintenance of retail stores, fixtures, counters, signage and VM elements
- Coordinate with fabrication, carpentry and repair vendors across India
- Develop and maintain a strong pan-India vendor network
- Handle quotations, negotiations, work orders, AMC and cost control
- Conduct site visits and supervise vendor work for quality and timely completion
- Coordinate with Retail Operations and Store Design teams for fit-outs and renovations
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in retail fit-out, fabrication, facility maintenance or store operations
- Strong and verified pan-India vendor network is mandatory
- Good negotiation, coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
