Qualification:

· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

· Candidates with relevant fabric sourcing/purchase experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain relationships with existing fabric vendors.

· Source fabrics based on quality, colour, GSM, composition, price and production requirements.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines.

· Ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted fabric supply.

· Monitor fabric quality and resolve supplier-related issues.

· Coordinate with Production, Design and Warehouse teams for fabric requirements.

· Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and pricing details.

· Identify and develop recent vendors/mills when required.
