Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Develop current international customers and generate export business.
- Identify potential overseas buyers, brands, retailers, importers, wholesalers, and buying houses.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
- Handle buyer inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Follow up with customers regarding samples, product development, prices, and orders.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, sampling, production, quality, purchase, and commercial teams.
- Ensure timely execution of export orders as per buyer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on production and shipment status and provide regular updates to buyers.
- Coordinate with the logistics/commercial team for shipment and export documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, buyers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, inquiry records, and order follow-ups.




- Achieve assigned export sales and business development targets.
- Participate in trade fairs, buyer meetings, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
- Travel domestically/internationally for customer meetings and business development, if required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Garment Export / Apparel Export / Export Sales / Buying House.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and export processes.
- Good understanding of international buyers and apparel markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and orders simultaneously.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially focused.
- Willingness to travel as required.
