EXPORT DOCUMENTATION - POSTS – 1

Experience - 2 years

- Thorough knowledge of Export/Import documentation
- Experience in shipping line coordination, booking, and B/L release etc.




- Additional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Candidate should be minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar field.

Qualifications

- Strong export operations expertise, including hands-on experience in Export documentation, shipping coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Knowledge of International Business and International Trade practices, trade terms (Incoterms), and global logistics processes.
- Proficiency in coordination with carriers, freight forwarders, customs, and warehousing partners, ideally within sea freight environments.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with international clients and partners.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience using ERP or logistics management systems is preferred.
- Experience in refrigerated, or project cargo handling will be considered an advantage.
