Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Pollachi. This role involves handling end-to-end export operations, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, customs agents, and regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely shipment of cocopeat and coir-based products.

The Export

Executive will manage communication with international buyers, process sales orders, negotiate shipment terms, and monitor delivery schedules.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of export transactions, tracking payments, supporting compliance with international trade regulations, and collaborating with production and sales teams to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation and Import Export processes to manage end-to-end shipment paperwork and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export and International Trade to handle global markets, trade regulations, and customer coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and customer relationship management to support order processing, negotiation, and retention of international clients.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and the ability to coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and basic export-related software tools.
- Knowledge of logistics, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures; experience in agro, horticulture, or coir products is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, or a related field, with prior experience in export operations preferred.
