Job Title: Export Documentation Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Manager to manage export documentation, coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely processing of international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and maintain export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Ensure export documentation complies with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, warehouse, finance, and logistics teams.
- Handle LC, payment, and other export-related documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.




- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure documents are submitted within deadlines.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment-related issues.
- Prepare regular export reports and maintain proper filing systems.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Export Documentation and International Trade Procedures
- Knowledge of Customs, Shipping & Logistics processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in export documentation, shipping coordination, customs procedures, and international logistics will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
